Who we are

What it does

Rapatino keeps your booking diary in step with your WhatsApp Business chats. You choose whether it only reads, or also replies to your clients to offer times and confirm bookings. You can turn it off at any time from your desk.

Early access

We are opening to a few therapists at a time. While you are in the pilot it is free. Before anything costs money we tell you the price, and you only pay if you choose to carry on. You or we can stop at any time.

Your clients’ details

Your clients are yours. You decide what happens to their details (you are the controller), and we handle them only to run your diary (we are your processor), as our privacy policy describes. Tell your clients you use a booking assistant; we give you a short notice to share.

Fair use

• Use it for your own practice and your own clients only.
• No marketing or bulk messages through it.
• Keep to WhatsApp’s Business terms and policies, which apply to your number.
• Keep your Google sign-in to yourself.

What we can promise

We work hard to keep your diary right and the service running, but we cannot promise it never makes a mistake or never goes down. Check your desk, and your WhatsApp stays yours to reply from. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for anything the law does not let us limit being excluded.

Ending

Email us to close your account. We delete your practice’s data within 30 days, or send you a copy first if you ask. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
